Available Query Libraries

This query library is available by registering on the PRIMIS+ Profile Centre. Once logged in you can find this under the link Download CHART Toolkit & Libraries from the ‘Your Services' page.

The HPA Influenza Uptake Survey library allows the practice to upload their results to PRIMIS+, rather than entering the data manually. The data is then uploaded to the ImmForm website at the end of each collection window.
