We have a new case study available on our website. Find out about the Barnsley PRIMIS+ team's involvement in the NHS Health Check programme.

44 out of 45 Barnsley GP practices participated in the NHS Health Check incentive scheme and the Barnsley PRIMIS+ team wrote a validation programme to demonstrate that the practices had carried out complete checks.

Philip Crabtree, Chris Grove and Julie Fenton, members of the NHS Barnsley PRIMIS+ team, describe how they approached the project and what the outcomes were.
