PRIMIS+ has released a query library for the 2011/12 Seasonal Influenza vaccination Uptake Survey.

The query set has been designed specifically for the 2011/12 Uptake Survey.

Please visit the PRIMIS+ Profile Centre to download the query library. A full read code specification and collection schedule are also available to download from the query library download page.

Please note this library should not be used for recall purposes. If you do intend to use it for recall, we advise practices to check their recall list very closely before sending letters, and it should be used at the practice's own risk.

44 out of 45 Barnsley GP practices participated in the NHS Health Check incentive scheme and the Barnsley PRIMIS+ team wrote a validation programme to demonstrate that the practices had carried out complete checks.
