PRIMIS+ has released two query libraries to enable practices to submit their Seasonal Influenza and Swine Flu vaccination summary data for the Vaccination Uptake programmes.

The query sets have been designed for the Uptake Surveys and although the Risk Groups can be identified using the CHART library, practices ‘MUST' review the pregnant list in the Influenza H1N1 Swine Flu library before considering recalling patients.

This list has been provided for practices to review and confirm if the patient is pregnant. Due to the variation of recording in this area and distribution of Read codes in different hierarchy, patients that are no longer pregnant or may have miscarried may be included in the list.

Please ensure this information is cascaded to practice staff and they are aware of the following:

• Changes to the Swine Flu vaccination guidance

• Priority Risk Groups to be recalled specified in the CMO letter dated 15th October.
